THE END.
I wrote another marathon 15-17 hours from yesterday afternoon straight through the night till early this morning. I think it ended up being over 17000 words but anyways, I hit those two sweet words – THE END. Such a relief and adrenaline rush to finally be able to type them.
Finally crashed after that for a good 7 hours of sleep and woke up feeling better than I had in awhile. There’s still a few tweaks I need to make before I send it to the beta readers for their feedback. (Chapter 7 especially) but I told myself the other day if I could finish it this week I’d get myself something as a reward. Originally I figured I’d pre-order something for myself off amazon. Haven’t done that yet. Something told me to go check out the bay’s website which I haven’t done in awhile. Clicked on shoes and found two really cute pair on sale for a really great price. So since I rarely buy shoes, I figured I’d treat myself. The best part is one pair I was looking at back in the Spring and really wanted and I got them for more than half off. Woohoo!!
Shall post pics whenever they show up, because they really are cute and should look great with jeans.
